Many people find it difficult to buy a stock that has gone up by 20 or 30 percent in a surge. Others cannot resist buying a stock that seems to be running away - although the 'prime entry point' has long been left behind. Naturally, you do not want to buy a stock only to see it come all the way back again. Nevertheless, the one that shows that it can go 'higher' is most likely to go on 'higher' still. The stocks that go on on to double or triple or more should 'take care' of the inevitable losses many, may times over. It is all too easy to buy a dog of a stock because you think there is a low risk - in fact, there may be a high risk and no corresponding upside potential to offset the risk... Supaya gampang, ya - contoh utk practice sbb : o Saya beli (buy-back) BLTA tadi pagi - meskipun 'udah naek (sedikit)... o Saya 'udah jual ANTM (sementara ini) - krn posisi 'udah naek banyak banget (i.e.'secukupnya') -- profit 'booking'... o Saya masih tahan (running profit) utk MEDC (krn OIL Corporate action) + BMRI (krn event + evidence -- re-engineering + re-structuring ) ... Terimakasih Pak atas perhatiannya. Setelah sempat rugi gede, saya akhirnya jadi gampang cut-loss. Tapi yang terjadi adalah rugi kecil yang beruntun (string of losses), yang kalau dijumlahkan ya gede juga. Sekarang saya sedang cari gaya permainan pola yang sesuai. Yang saya doakan sekarang adalah agar saya: 1. Tidak lagi tergoda oleh saham2 dengan fundamental yang meragukan 2. Bisa lebih bijak menyikapi omongan broker, analis, dan berita. 3. Bisa memanfaatkan TA sesuai bobotnya, yaitu sebagai alat bantu saja, yang tidak lepas dari konsep probabilita. Support resistance ada di mana-mana, dan semuanya bisa tertembus. Terimakasih Pak atas perhatiannya. Setelah sempat rugi gede, saya akhirnya jadi gampang cut-loss.
