Re: [onap-discuss] ONAP Demo Instance
Hi Sankar, Have you also looked at the readme.md located in the project repo? Each development team has put some information about their component in this file. There is also information on the wiki (wiki.onap.org) https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Developing+ONAP if you have any additional question then feel free to raise it through the following wiki so the ONAP community can start to address it - http://wiki.onap.org/questions/ Many thanks & regards Catherine From: onap-discuss-boun...@lists.onap.org [mailto:onap-discuss-boun...@lists.onap.org] On Behalf Of Shankar, Shashank Kumar Sent: Monday, May 08, 2017 6:09 PM To: ROSE, DANIEL V ; Joe Falconer ; Morales, Victor ; onap-discuss@lists.onap.org; BENNETT, RICH ; UNO, LARRY Subject: Re: [onap-discuss] ONAP Demo Instance Hi Daniel, Any update from the development teams on the development setup/workflow? Murali et al, SDC is a tough animal to deal with. I just sent a status to my team that I got it first time working today. I'll enjoy the rest of my weekend and will try to post what I did in the wiki... There are a few too optimistic assumptions (at least in my case) about the environment SDC is running in. It all started here: https://wiki.onap.org/questions/3245658/sdc---sdc-be-startup-failed - see if you find yourself (or your environment) in there. Re: [onap-discuss] ONAP Demo Instance
Hi Daniel, Can you please provide a tutorial link to run the demo on a small OpenStack lab? I saw links [1] and [2] which help in running ONAP in a vanilla OpenStack cloud. But would it be possible to run it on virtual box (scaled down version of resources) on a laptop? I also wanted to know if there is anything in ONAP similar to DevStack in OpenStack which can be used for dev purposes on laptops.
