3+ years of experience in IBM DataStage and QualityStage or similar ETL tools.
Experience with SAP BO Data Services is a plus.

e.g. databases, flat files etc and dealing with various formats of data 
including XML, JSON,CSV etc,
Platform and/or operating system familiarity with IBM Netezza, SAP/BW, HANA, 
ODBC/JDBC, Oracle 10+, Web Services (REST  SOAP)
Familiarity with reporting presentation solutions (Business Objects, 
SharePoint, Excel, IBM Cognos, Tableau, etc.) is highly desired.
Be a self-starter, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and to independently handle multiple projects 
and deadlines
Proven experience with Lean, Agile, iterative and waterfall development and 
project methodologies.
 Experience with KANBAN a plus.
Familiarity in developing best practices and frameworks to support code 
management, documentation management and unit test activities.
Background exposure with ETL architecture definition and standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong meeting 
facilitation abilities.
Experience with retail business processes preferred.
Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, documents and maintains applications 
systems, working on moderately complex to highly complex work tasks or project 
assignments.

Visual C++ - porting a component to compile and work under Windows 7, which
was last known to work under Windows XP.

We have a library that was written using Managed Extensions for C++ in
Visual C++ 2005. This library was originally used by a .NET 2.0 application
on 32-bit Windows XP. Now that we’ve moved to 64-bit Windows 7, this
component is no longer functional. When we try to compile the library using
Visual Studio 2008, we get tons of errors. We need someone to come in and
troubleshoot this component on our upgraded technology stack. Once the
compile errors are resolved, we need support with any issues that might
arise calling the library from .NET 4.0.

The group's focus is on setting technical direction in the Unix and Windows

Daily monitoring servers/systems and respond quickly to alerts.

Tuning the business objects servers.

Follow proper quality assurance procedures regarding releasing anything
into production.

Monitor and resolve the day to day issues reported within the purview.

Working with application teams/vendors for trouble shooting.



Technical Skills Required:



BO 6.5 Admin/Architecture experience is a must.

Experience with performing BO deployments

Experience on business objects integration with LDAP, SAP etc and Single
sign on.

Practical experience using Business Objects Clustering.

Business Objects Universe, Reports, Dashboard development.

Intermediate UNIX and Windows 2008  skills are desired.

Good to have Informatica / Cognos /Hyperion working knowledge

gathering to business analysis, high level design, development /

ü  *Understand the requirements specifications and identify gaps
