Below are the job requirements.



They key is someone very seasoned, well-spoken, and experienced with
budgeting and financial tracking.

It’s a very high level program\project manager role that will be
responsible for overseeing several sub level project managers and projects
simultaneously.



· Collect and integrate functional project plans to produce an
overall view of the project

· Infrastructure\data center project

· Track deliverables of each underlying functional work stream and
work with sub-project managers and vendors to stay on track

· Coordinate with non-IT projects where they impact IT project
deliverables, e.g. Facilities build-outs

· Maintain a view of final and interim business goals and what work
is required to meet them

· Adjust work and milestones as goals are added or changed

· Create and issue regular reporting on individual work stream
progress vs goals and on the overall project

· Manage sub-projects as directed

· Build and maintain a financial view of the overall project,
including forecasted and actual capital and expense

· Issue early warnings of forecasted overages and help the teams to
adjust their spend, if possible, to come into budget

· Ensure timely reporting of sub-project expenses and timesheets to
IT Administration

· Ensure timely creation of DCPs and spend justifications by
sub-project managers in support of the project meeting its overall timing
goals

· Create and issue regular reporting on project performance vs
budget

· Ensure project complies with company’s General and IT specific
controls, creating and tracking any necessary artifacts

Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management
methods Participates in the company Program Manager (PM) Professions
community On the Project Management Professional

The required position is for one project manager to lead multiple
Information Technology (IT) projects in support of the Department of

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to manage a project
involving Oracle Project Accounting. Client is a large global enterprise
and is installing OPA in their locations across the globe. They are running
Oracle EBS 12.1.3. Part of this project is to implement enhancements to the
application. They will also be implementing OPA in their Australia
location. Ideal candidate will have a strong PM background specifically
with Oracle EBS and is experienced managing globally dispersed teams .The
project team is dispersed around the world. They have people working on the
project in India, Singapore, France, Spain and the US. The PM will be based
in Foxboro, Ma with little or no travel. The PM will be expected to manage
the project using traditional PM methodologies. Conduct meetings with
Project teams as well as their technology outsource partner Infosys.
Conduct meetings with the project steering committee, produce and
distribute execution/status reports. Strong MS Project experience and
experience tracking project finance/budgets and risk management. The PM
will need to have strong initiative to push the project forward and be a
self-starter. There may be times when there are early morning or late
evening meetings with remote locations

Chevron is required to perform periodic user access (UAR) and

Since 2009, Chevron has been utilizing SAP’s Governance, Risk, and

SAP GRC Access Control v5.3 currently resides in an envionrment (PNW)
that is not in scope to be moved to San Antonio as part of the San
Ramon Data Center (SRDC) Migration project.
In SAP GRC v10.0 (the latest major version), Access Control and
Process Control are part of an integrated solution, and PC has been
upgraded to v10.0 in a new environment (PRC).
Upgrading SAP GRC Access Control from v5.3 to v10.0 would
1) ensure Chevron has the current version and enhanced vendor support,
2) adapt to Chevron’s enterprise IT initiatives (e.g. Data Center
Rationalization), and
3) synchronize the two GRC applications as designed
