I would simply add the icon, whatever it is, a combined one would be better, to the first row. (maybe it looks better to put the icon behind the project name). Your example perfectly illustrates the case where extra frames don't offer any help. Window is small and with or without frame is clear where the text belongs. When we have much larger portion of the screen, than some help to follow the text is good add on. Would be that fame, consistent font, colors, it is not important. Simplification of layout using white spaces works for large screen, well cotrolled font size and shape, like in the books or your example, which is not the case with web pages that depend on font provided by system. What I have here is that heading 2 is normal font, heading 3 is smaller, but bold, and that really doesn't help to follow the text. This doesn't depend on used browser. What I can't agree is to use the same method to solve all problems. Hammer is good for nails, but not for screws. The title
Novell open source support
is more than initially thought, but the HTML was there, so I could not resist.
I haven't tried the absolute position tags. They are tested with images and
they can place image over the article title.
The "Contents" is nice to see list of all titles and enable user to jump
directly to section of interest, but currently there is no way to change its
colors, unless one wants to create table that looks the same and update it
manually.
The text in {{intro-frame}} was shorter and tells the same.
The hp_box tag is used on main page. It is openSUSE wiki built in, as
mentioned lines clearly separate sections, that can have more subtitles,
paragraphs, tables etc.
I hope that you like the result.

Table is not bad, but it can be better.
What do you think about {{intro-frame}} template and some frames produced with
like on Portal page and subpages.
It is used to group visually text that belong to one section, allowing more
complex formating within the section, but still preserving clarity.
