Duration :  6 months +
Must be local to Minneapolis.


Lead developer experienced with SSIS, SQL 2008, and .net programming
languages. Responsibilities would include: mentoring and training Client
employees on technologies utilized, translating requirements into designs
and code, creation of detailed design documents for the project, conducting
code reviews of work from other developers, conduct unit and integration
testing on code, and assisting in overall code architecture/design (global
functions, procedures, etc). Additional skills or knowledge would include:
Knowledge of infrastructure necessary to support above technologies,
knowledge of source code control practices utilized in .net and SSIS
technology, prior experience with data conversion or mergers and
acquisitions desired and prior experience in capital markets / brokerage
desired.

   - #1:  Strong business knowledge and experience on middle office/trade
   booking support
   - #2:  Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge - power user level (Able to navigate
   and look for files)
   - #3:  Excellent scripting: (Perl & Shell)
   - SQL - any type is fine. We use Sybase and MySQL here
   - Strong knowledge on end-to-end trade flow
   - Strong troubleshooting skills
   - Outgoing personality - able to interact with traders and middle office
   trade support directly

*Nice to haves:*

   - FIX knowledge
   - Front office trading application support experience
   - Other programming languages like Java
