Bunyamin - The value of an exam is in the eye of the person that might hire you. I can't personally advise you about the job market in Turkey. If you can talk to other managers that hire people like yourself, you might be able to get an idea. You could also talk to some recruiters and ask them. If you wish to get a job in Western Europe, then you would need to review the market there. Look at job advertisements and see whether they mention certification. Your best certification is the on-the-job experience you are currently receiving. You might also take these exams and let them show you what areas in Oracle you need to learn more. Computerworld has an interesting article on which certifications to pursue right now - the top level java certification seems to be the hot one now.
