   - Excellent knowledge of .NET and C#. with emphasis on WPF, WCF,
   Multithreading and control of AppDomains. Any experience in UI design will
   be a plus, including knowledge of WinForms
   - Experience with DataGrids like Oracle Coherence
   - Familiarity with DB interfaces and concepts including the effect of
   data structures on performance with a focus on MS SQL Server
   - Familiarity with Mortgage Trading, Pricing, and Risk Management
   concepts
   - Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting and explaining changes to
   underlying model, infrastructure or data source that affect valuation and
   risk of MBS including credit sensitive products
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills
   - Experience in the full software development lifecycle
   - Proactive team player with a "can-do attitude
   - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
   - Familiarity with the Intex C/C++ Interface and the way Mortgage data
   is structured in Intex
   - Knowledge of C++
   - 3-5 years of experience in development and support (in C#, C++)
   - Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a focus on delivery
