Sr. Oracle Taleo Consultant with Recruiting / Onboarding Configuration

• Your skills are needed to assist client as they integrate HCM functions
from multiple acquired companies into their Oracle's Cloud Fusion HCM
environment.
• In this position you will be responsible for providing Functional support
to the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM team and they integrate Oracle Taleo
Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Your role will be to provide SME (Subject Matter Expertise) on Taleo
Recruiting and Onboarding Configuration.
• This will include providing analysis to identifying, evaluate, and
implement system enhancements and procedures needed as well as development
of Process Maps, conducting GAP analysis, Test Script Development, User
Interface design, and participate in UAT testing.
• The selected candidate should be able to work independently and
communicate directly with functional project resources as needed, as well
as, quickly research, identify and resolve defects.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of functional systems analyst experience with Oracle Taleo
solutions
- Hands-on system configuration experience with Taleo Recruiting Enterprise
Edition and Onboarding
- Complete understanding of the Oracle Taleo architecture.
- Extensive experience with setup and configuration of Oracle Taleo modules
- Experience with Taleo integration and interfaces
- Experience in implementing, integrating legacy, or Oracle HRMS/ HCM
applications with Taleo cloud based ERP
- Experience providing functional support for loading data using Oracle
Taleo tools
- Excellent communication & people skills
