Description:

Our client is in need of an PP-PI/MM consultant who can support various
intitiatives over the next 6-9 months including MRP, MPS, Purchasing,
Production Planning, Production Execution, Inventory Management, Sales order
processing, Delivery creation and shipping. The righ candidate must have
thorough understanding of integration points between PP/MM/SD in terms of
planning, execution, material movements and associated financial postings.

The role will include facilitating migration of materials from commercial to

data views.

In addition will need to analyze the GMPI system that is being used for
managing the procurement, inventory management, production and shipping

organizations, sales order types, pricing procedures, pricing conditions,
inventory control settings, material master, customer master, vendor master,

Must be able to understand the comprehensive business and user requirements
documentation that has already been prepared and finalized during the
discovery stage of the clinical supply chain project.

Must be able to independently work to map the SAP R/3 system solutions in
terms of configurations and any development objects (only if absolutely
necessary) to meet the business and user requirements in the functional
areas of production planning in process industry, materials management,

Job Description:

Assist Atlanta Public Schools (APS) with the implementation of Hyperion
Planning 9.3 applications by providing project and functional leadership
including the following tasks:

Ø  Upgrade planning

o   Consult with Budget department to define and document requirements

o   Provide reasoned recommendations based on prior Hyperion 9.3 upgrade
experience

Ø  Technical and functional design review

o   Consult with Information Technology department to review and refine
documented requirements

o   Provide reasoned recommendations based on prior Hyperion 9.3 upgrade
experience

Ø  Coordinate implementation of upgrade from 9.2 to 9.3 in test environment

Ø  Create and implement 9.3 testing plan in test environment

Ø  Obtain business owner sign-off on user acceptance testing

Ø  Coordinate implementation of upgrade from 9.2 to 9.3 in production
environment

Ø  Create and implement 9.3 testing plan in production environment

Ø  Obtain business owner sign-off on user acceptance testing

Ø  Coordinate/schedule user training and training documentation creation

Ø  Monitor and report project statuses

Ø  Facilitate project closure
