*Statement of Work:***

· PeopleSoft Installation and Configuration experience (People Tools
8.46 or higher required)

· Windows Administration, including *VM experience *(Windows Server
2003)

· Crystal Reports (v.9.x) Installation experience

The T: and X: Drive Consolidation project is intended to join together the
existing CS and Financials tools servers and align the architecture of the
batch servers across applications.  To achieve this, the existing T: Drive
(used for CS/HR) and X: Drive (used for Financials) would be merged to
produce a single location for the tools installations for all
PeopleSoft environments
and also provide a single home for supplemental and supporting applications
such as the Oracle Client, upgrade scripts, drivers and other utilities.  In
addition to merging the tools aspect of the T: and X: drives, the CS Batch
Processing would be removed from the existing T: drive and relocated to
Windows Virtual Machines (VM) (csbatch1 and csbatch2) in an effort to align
the PSNT Process Scheduler architecture with that of the Financials
application.  One VM would be dedicated to the Production and Training
environments, while the other VM would be utilized for all Non-Production
environments.

This project could be broken into two phases.  The first phase would be to
migrate the PSNT Process Schedulers from the existing T: Drive to the new
VMs.  Included in the migration would be the setup and configuration of any
monitoring and scheduled maintenance of the PSNT Process Schedulers.

*Expected Deliverables:***

The following expectations would be met at the completion of the project:

· Consolidated File/Tools server which supports both the CS/HR and
Financials applications

· PSNT Process Schedulers for the CS/HR application running on
Windows VMs

· Monitoring of PSNT Process Schedulers in place and functional

· Scheduled Maintenance of PSNT Process Schedulers configured and
implemented

· EAD given instructions on how to move from the old T: Drive to the
new consolidated tools server.

· Complete transfer of knowledge on environment setup and
configuration of PSNT Process Schedulers.

· Comprehensive documentation explaining structure of combined tools
server and any services (i.e.: Oracle client) it provides.

*Contractor Skills:***

To successfully complete this effort, resources would need the following
skills:

· PeopleSoft Installation and Configuration experience (PeopleTools

*ITG Integration Project*

*Statement of Work:***

To enhance our current set of OIT Tools, we need to be able to pass
information from one application to another application.

Enhance our current usage of STAT by configuring and implementing
new/additional processes within the tool.

The ITG Integration project is intended to improve, simplify, and mainstream
3 of our existing OIT tools used to manage work, by delivering an automated
process to pass information from ITG to QC, from QC to ITG, from ITG to
STAT, and from STAT to ITG

This project can be completed in one phase. This phase would be to automate
the handoffs between tools, including efforts to code/configure a process to
support transfer of data, along with knowledge transfer/training of
processes and on-going maintenance to U of M staff.

*Expected Deliverables:*

The following expectations would be met at the completion of the project:

· Document the digitized processes

· Configure and unit test the processes

· Provide any needed job aides to configure and/or maintain the
digitized processes from a technical perspective

· Transfer knowledge

· Training on configuration techniques and approach

*Contractor Skills:***

To successfully complete this effort, resources would need the following
skills:

· ITG 7.5.0 configuration experience required

· ITG 7.5.0 configuration experience with connecting and reporting
between ITG and QC required

· Strong PL/SQL skills required

· QC (9.2) Configuration Experience a plus

· Stat API Experience a plus

This individual will be assuming the test lead role for the MTS Remote
Processing Interface Project. Their responsibilities will include attending
and participating in the weekly project meetings, executing already
established test scripts, maintaining the existing test plan, managing all
test defects, developing any new procedures that will be needed to support
this new interface once in production, training the existing support staff
on the new functionality, and create a final set of regression test scripts
that can be used to support future test efforts.


Technical Knowledge:
