Client has a small US-based application development staff, they are
experiencing rapid growth and have engaged an off-shore Indian-based
provider of programming services.  They need the Consultant to come in and
do the following: estimate 5-10 .Net application development projects, work
with business users to scope the requirements, work with technical staff to
transfer knowledge to Indian staff.  After the initial scoping and
estimating phase, they need this resource to be the onsite liaison for the
Indian staff (ie. be the project manager.)



*Required skills:*

1.  Revenue Cycle Management or hospital billing or healthcare insurance
claims processing

2.  Offshore/onshore project experience

3.  .Net application development experience -- not programming experience,
just knowledge of the software.

4.  PM/BA experience.
