   - Ensure members receive coverage and minimize or eliminate financial
   exposure to The Client and clients.
   - Develop metrics and control plans and charts to monitor enrollment
   reconciliation efforts. Monitor plans and distribute periodic reports to
   division management and functional partners.
   - Write queries and programs to match and analyze data.
   - Analyze identified discrepancies, understand discrepancy root cause,
   and recommend system enhancements to prevent discrepancy in the future.
   - Monitor CMS requirements pertaining to the reconciliation efforts;
   - Define business requirements for process and system changes.
   - Complete all steps required to resolve compliance-related issues in a
   timely and effective manner.

Required :

   - 5 Years Experience Strong SQL experience
   - 5+ Years Experience with Requiremnt writing,
   - 5+ Years Experience with Data Structure and working with data
   - Demonstrated reconciliation experience within healthcare or finance
   environment
   - Structured thinker, excellent process and business requirements
   required.
   - Strong communication and organization skills
   - 1+ year of Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage enrollment experience

This contractor level hire will undertake a C#/ WPF development role within

Primary responsibility for programming system interfaces based on real time
HL7 transactions within a healthcare setting:

• Completing analysis, design, develop, testing and implementation of new
bi-directional interfaces
• Providing maintenance, support, and coding enhancements for existing
interfaces
• Maintaining accurate, complete integration documentation for data flows,
connectivity specifications, routing, filtering, data manipulation, problem
resolution, root cause analysis and change control
• Interface Engine administration including application of updates and
patches (Maybe not required)

Job Requirements
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands on technical experience with Interface Engine technology in health
related environment is beneficial.
• Experience with Java and Java Script programming highly desirable
• Implementation of bi-directional interfaces from multi- IS System(s) and
associated clinical and ancillary, systems
• Lead or participated in successful install or upgrade of an integration
engine, including risk analysis, testing, monitoring, and evaluation of the
anticipated outcomes
• Authored or maintained technical documentation used for all phases of
integration: analysis, design, development, unit testing, integrated
testing, go-live support, change control and downtime procedures
• experience using an integration engine in a multi-hospital healthcare
production (live) environment.
• Strong knowledge and skills to support communication protocols and
standards for HL7, X12 and XML
• Strong knowledge to create, modify and test message structures, events and
connections
• Strong knowledge of batch processes and configurations involving polling,
automation and scheduling
• Strong knowledge of real-time interface spooling, archiving, traces,
connectivity, client/server configuration, pseudo connections, routing,
mapping, filtering, translations and error exception handling
• Ability to monitor integration engine performance, logs, databases,
connections and disk usage
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot interface problems using on-line
integration tools and utilities
• Ability to successfully apply modifications to existing interfaces to
enhance functionality or improve integrity
• Ability to successfully perform integrated testing and moving the
applicable test environment interface components to the production (live)
environment adhering to formal change management requirements
• Ability to ensure test and training environments sustain a high level of
synchronization and integrity with the production (live) environments
• Fundamental knowledge of network architecture, servers, redundancy and
clustering
• Fundamental knowledge of database management, TCP/IP, SNA, FTP and
messaging services
• Demonstrated ability to engage in and complete multiple concurrent
projects
