Candidate needs to have an understanding of SharePoint 2013.  Candidate
should have extensive experience with previous versions of SharePoint.

Using SharePoint 2013 and related technologies (InfoPath, FIM, UAG, Adobe
PDF, etc) as needed, create a branded site collection with one public site
and multiple private sub sites (from a common template), where each one is
restricted to the users from a specific Participating Organization (PO).
Each private site will contain a document library for storage of their
signed Participation Agreements (PA) and provide communication,
collaboration  document exchange functionality for both client and the PO.
Additionally the solution will need to capture  store the information from
the PO, and use it to generate the PA as a PDF document that can be
digitally signed by both the representative of the PO and the client
Director. The PO must also be able to update much of the information that
was originally captured about the organization, such as the names and
addresses of their providers and clinic locations, etc.  SharePoint
Workflows and procedures need to be designed and developed to guide the PO
and the client through the process  of creating, signing and approving (or
rejecting) the PA, creating the PO’s sub site, and accounts for PO’s users
in both automated and manual processes.  The PO’s users need to be able to
reset their password and possibly perform some minor account maintenance to
their own accounts through the client’s installation of FIM (currently
being rolled out).

Immediate opening for a contract-to-hire SQL Developer/DBA in Washington,
DC.

DESCRIPTION:
• Work with other members of the database administration and
development team and also the application development team to develop and
maintain custom applications to support client’s core business systems;
assist in maintaining all SQL Server databases in the client’s database
farm;  work with developers and specialist SQL Developer/DBAs in the
development of procedures, triggers, SSIS packages; help troubleshoot and
optimize SQL code while in development; design relational and analytical
databases based on requirement documents provided by the project Management
team; support other departments by providing assistance in creating or
extracting data from client’s databases; provide technical expertise in cube
design, dimensional modeling and OLAP reporting using Microsoft Suite of
business intelligence offerings including Analysis Services, Reporting
Services, Data Transformation Services and alsoIBM’s Cognos.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs all aspect of database administration including testing
of all modifications, security administration, optimization, capacity
planning, performance tuning under the supervision of the Senior DBA
• Development, enhancements  and support of database applications
• Development and administration of stored procedures, triggers,
views and functions
• Modify/Create/maintain and optimize ETL Processes using SSIS
• Data extraction and import
• Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software
engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company
software systems
• Interacts with project management group to ensure accurate and
comprehensive understanding of data and reporting requirements
• Develop, assist to develop and maintain all Analytical databases,
data warehouses and business intelligence applications
• Assist in data reporting from Client’s databases
• Conduct research on emerging database methodologies
• Interacts with project management group to ensure accurate and

• Provides issue escalation and resolution as well as timely

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science,
business administration, or a related field.
• Four to Seven year experience working with databases preferably SQL
Server Databases
• Four to Seven year experience in developing ETL Processes
including the use of DTS and or SSIS packages in a Microsoft SQL server
database environment together with an understanding and knowledge of data
warehousing and business intelligence
