[otrs] Generic Agent stopped working

Hi, 

Over the weekend I have had an influx of spam. 17.000 messages all dumped into 
one
queue + several hundred in another.

Problem is that I can't access the generic agent. Simply times out and when I 
check the 
process queue - it's clear the generic agents can't handle the amount of 
messages, as
it is spinning up to 100% cpu but doesn't actually action anything.

Anyone have any ideas how to:

a) flush the queue
b) get the generic agent to run

[otrs-de] OTRS auf Managed Server

Hallo und sorry für repost,

ich habe das letzte OTRS auf einem managed server
(bei Schlund+Partner) installiert, auf dem ich keine
Rootrechte habe. Ich habe die Komponenten manuell
installiert und auch die Cronjobs etc. eingerichtet.
Soweit scheint es auch zu funktionieren, aber an zwei
Stellen bekomme ich Fehlermeldungen, mit denen ich
nicht klarkomme. Versuche, einen Hinweis darauf zu
finden, was schief läuft, habe ich unternommen, aber
leider erfolglos.

Ich bekomme z.B. hier:
http://otrs.myhost/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketComposeResponseID=1TicketID=2ArticleID=2

die Fehlermeldung:

Software error:
Can't locate object method new via package
Net::DNS::Header (perhaps you forgot to load
Net::DNS::Header?) at
/usr/share/perl5/Net/DNS/Packet.pm line 221.

Und bei:
http://otrs.myhost/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig

bekomme ich einen Status 500 vom Webserver.

Gibt es etwas, was ich tun kann, ohne Perl zu updaten?

Ist es ein Perlproblem oder muss noch irgendetwas
speziell installiert/konfiguriert werden?

Ist es überhaupt möglich, auf einem Rechner, auf dem
man keine Rootrechte hat, OTRS zu nutzen?

Bin dankbar für jeden Hinweis.
