FW: [otrs] FW: TicketID
I am using OTRS 2.0.4 on SUSE linux 10.0. When I try to log call using the otrs I get an error message the says Need ticketed. Please see window below. And what do you see in OTRS log? I dont know where/how you are logging perhaps /var/log/messages? The new ticket window is find I only get the error when I press the submit option, and I login with the username and password from the Active directory, and how do I clean /var/log/messages? Do I just delete or I need to save the elsewhere first. I wouldnt just delete the messages file, youll need to look at it in order to determine why you are having this problem (cat ,more or tail /var/log/messages). Thanks, I saw where my problem was. Wenn du das per tar-gz installiert hast (also manuelle Installation nimm die Apache Config mit und pass die an, pack dir dein otrs Verzeichnis auf den neuen Server und die Datenbank. Ich habe bei neuen Usern, die ich in der ADS Windows 2003 angelegt haben ein Problem (bei den Älterne funktioniert es weiterhin!). Wenn die sich als Customer angemeldet haben und ein neues Ticket erstellen möchten, können die nicht unter An: die Queue erfassen. Dort ist nichts vorhanden. Als Agent kann ich den User einen Telefon-Ticket anlegen. Doch dieser sieht diesen Ticket nicht unter Meine Tickets. Woran kann das liegen?
