The toolbar shows count for tickets with unread articles (a ticket is
counted only once, regardless of how many unread articles it has).

It seems there's a config, Ticket::NewArticleIgnoreSystemSender, that
controls if a ticket should be marked as read when it has unread system
articles. I'll try enabling this config and see if that works.

I ma trying to run otrs.GenerateStats.pl -n  [-p ] [-o
] [-r  -s ] [-m ] [-l ] [-f
CSV|Print] [-S ] e. g. 'Year=1977&Month=10' 
(only for static files)
/output/dir/

But Error showing , can anybody help me or  give Exmple :

Hi Guys,

 

OTRS 3.2.8 is re-installed successfully and works like a charm. A good
exercise and nice way to learn OTRS.

 

Performed a backup of the DB. Uninstalled 3.2.6 and re-installed 3.2.8 .
Reinstalled 3.2.6 ITSM Bundle. Restored the Database.

 

Replaced needed config files
(Config.pm/ZZZAuto.pm/GenricAgent.pm/TicketCounter.log and the var/articles)
and run LoaderCache.pl -o delete and RebuildConfig.pl afterwards.

 

Works like a charm!!!

[otrs] fetchmail/imap and keeping messages in the mailbox

Currently we're fetching the messages from an IMAP mailbox using
fetchmail. Is there a way of keeping the messages in the IMAP mailbox
and maybe just mark them read?

[otrs] Agent Ticket Print

Hello,
Anyone know if i can print the linked children tickets information on the 
parent ticket? when i print a ticket and this one have linked child tickets i 
just can see the child's id and their subject. i want to print their status and 
other information, someone knows how can i do this?

No, this has been asked many times before. The way you achieve this is
to have 2 mailboxes and setup an email address which delivers the mail
to both mailboxes. You then use one mailbox to pull the emails into
OTRS and the other mailbox acts as an "archive".

You can, but this needs development. You have to change
Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketPrint.pm and
Kernel/Output/HTML/LayoutLinkObject.pm.

[otrs] Ticket Refresh

I am running otrs 3.2.7.  The customer site is not refreshing ticket
detail when a new note is added by the agent.  The customer set
refresh interval in preferences to 2 minutes.

Is there anything I need to do to make this work?

OTRS, especially when it comes to Notification Tags.

Like how to use dynamic fields as tags in notification. It may be written 
somewhere but I didn't find it.
But from all he bits and pieces and two trials, here it is:
