Hi Is there any option to add ticket generated time in the search option. [otrs] New ticket notification in cell phone as SMS
Hi eveybody I do have a new requirement with otrs. I would like to send a SMS to an agent's cellphone when a new ticket is delivered to his queue. I dont know whether it is possible with OTRS 2.0.4. Does anybody go across with same requirement. [otrs] How to stop running Postmaster process ?
Hi No incoming mails to my queues. The /var/log/messages shows the following error. How can I stop the running postmaster process?. I had tried ./PostmasterPOP3.pl -f 1, but the problem still exists. Please help. Hi firiends My url is http://ticket.somehost.com/customer.pl. No I would like to give another url to some customers with same otrs The new url should be like this http://support.somehost.com/. When type this address it should already redirect to customer.pl page. Is it possible ?. Anybody done this already? [otrs] Nothing in crontab file
Hi all I am using otrs for past 3 months. Everything working fine. But when I try to view the crontab file, using the command crontab -l it gives a message without showing its contents. The message is as follows 07:24:56 listing otrs's fcrontab All the functions are normal. Hi All, I had installed a OTRS test machine in my internal network. After successfull running now I would like to install another server in production. My requirement is I would like to port all the ticket details from old server to new server ,excluding usreinfo,queue,groups etc. Does any one have same requirements? Hi friends, This is happened due to the bad execution of the bin/SetPermissions.sh. I was experienced the same problem. To overcome this set the permission manually after carefully watching the directories. The cause of this problem is in the prescribed script path of the files are somewhere else.
