[otrs] dtl "if" statement

2008-04-25 Thread Jeff Adams
I'm trying to make a link in AgentTicketZoom.dtl to a page with customer
info. The target page will depend on what queue you're in. Following the
examples in the developer docs, I did a simple dtl "if" statement, something
like this --

I can see the QueueID just fine. No matter what I do, I cannot set
"Adminpage", even with a simple "set" --

< dtl set $Data{"Adminpage"} = "accountinfo.mhtml"; >

-- it doesn't work. Version is 2.2.4-01. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

No restrictions on otrs in apache (it's Allow All). And this is the config
created by the otrs rpm.

Thanks for replying. I get the same error if I use localhost/ or 127. I can
login but can't create a new user:

can't resolve "localhost" to address at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/Net/DNS/Resolver/Base.pm
line 750.

[otrs] Setup on CentOS

2008-01-05 Thread Jeff Adams
After installing otrs on CentOS 5, I can login with default user but I get
this error when I try to make a new user:

can't resolve "localhost" to address at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/Net/DNS/Resolver/Base.pm
line 750.

localhost is in the hosts file. This machine is also a mailserver with
postfix, a pop server, a caching nameserver and other stuff running. The
otrs database setup went fine. I know that localhost is resolvable and I
don't see other issues with this box.

Any ideas what the problem could be or suggestions for troubleshooting?
