[otrs] User Field Ticket configuration (linked field values)

Hi All, 

 

Please can help me to understand the features provided by "Config
Options: Ticket -> Core::TicketFreeText"   ?  I'm trying to define user
fields /fields values depending by other fields already filled in the
ticket form (linked field values) 

 

For example:

 

If the Filed "Product" is filled with the value "Product A"  the filed
"System"  should display only the following list of values "System1" ,
"System 2" 

If the Filed "Product" is filled with the value "Product B"  the filed
"System"  should display only the following list of values "System3" ,
"System 4" 

 

I tried to configure this behavior using 

 

* TicketFreeKey   

* TicketFreeText

[otrs] How to activate Customer Serach module from Tiket Interface

Hi, 

 

please can help me to understand how to  grant the feature "Customer
Search"  from Ticket interface,  when I try to activate this feature
from a  generic  OTRS users I receive the following error message:

Autorizzazione negata! 

Messaggio:

No Permission to use this frontend module!

Indietro   

 

   

 

 

I'm not able to find the right property to activate this feature

[otrs] OTRS Ticket Customer fields

Hi, 

I'm wondering if someone can help me to understand if with OTRS 2.4 is
possible add Customers fields to Ticket and define the new fields with
the common filed attributes i.e.   Mandatory , Type , legal values

[otrs] FAQ module 1.5.4

Dear all, 

 

I'm using OTRS 2.4.0 Beta3, when I try to load FAQ 1.5.4 package
Package Manager fails with the following error 

 

Message: Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework
version required by the package (2.3.x;) does not match your Framework
(2.4.0 beta3)!

 

Please  someone can tell me if FAQ module is supported on OTRS 2.4.0 ?

Hello Mario, this I don´t remember. The file we downloaded is named 
otrs-2.3.4-01.noarch.rpm but all "RedHat Linux/Fedora Core" download options 
point to a file with the same name. Giving a "kick", I would say we downloaded 
the "OTRS 2.3.4 for Fedora Core 4,5,6,7,8,9 RPM 
<http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/fedora/4/otrs-2.3.4-01.noarch.rpm> " since 
it is the newer/closer option close to our distro and since it is a "noarch" 
rpm...
