Hi Guys, Fortunately, I managed to understand what is the problem: that bug appear when the state’s items were changed from the main panel and not from the configuration file: http://doc.otrs.org/2.3/en/html/c1801.html It is not so straightforward because the system allows you to edit directly from the panel... Hello Priya, I think there is a problem with you server... the disc /opt might be full... so OTRS is not able to write the file... TicketCounter.log... Just make some free space available in /opt and you will get thru the problem...
