Re: [otrs] Error: Need TicketID!

2009-03-17 Thread bch.sky

Hi Guys,
Fortunately, I managed to understand what is the problem: that bug
appear when the state’s items were changed from the main panel and not
from the configuration file:

http://doc.otrs.org/2.3/en/html/c1801.html

It is not so straightforward because the system allows you to edit
directly from the panel...

I hope that this report will help to someone else.

Betreff: [otrs] Error: Need TicketID!

Hello List,

now i have another problem, after changing some settings in the adminpanel i
try to create a new ticket from customer CPanel.
now this error appears:

Fehler: Need TicketID!

But i don´t know what the problem is!
I found a message in the archive that the DB connection is not ok. But
everything is working except to create a ticket.

Thx a lot
Tilo

Oh... if you change the default states, also update the default states
in your Kernel/Config.pm

 For details: http://doc.otrs.org/1.1/html/state.html

And it will work again! :)

Did you update your system? Do you use the old Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm?

(sorry if this posted more than once - reconfiguring mailer...)

Now I get the following error when creating a new ticket via customer.pl

Is there an easy fix for this? Please help.
