Definitely. You may also want to check if you have the right user (rights) used, for OTRS, and webserver. This sounds like a permission problem using the shared memory functionon your linux system. Lucido, Probably there should be added a cleaning up of shared memory in code. I experienced the exact same thing in my test VM instance running Fedora release 7 (Moonshine). You can fix this either by a reboot, or by removing still allocated shared memory.
