Michiel -- Thanks so much. Do you know when 2.4.8 will be available? Meanwhile, I'd like to put in some text directing users to use a single word in their searches. I've looked through the .dtl files in otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard but can't find the one that builds this form: http://shambhala.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&Subaction=Search&QuickSearch=1&CategoryIDs=0&What= Anyone know where this is located? [...] Hi Greg, I tried successfully the same extended search operators that work for the ticket search (search for "ExtendedSearchCondition" in SysConfig). So you can use "&&" (AND) and "||" (OR). "+" also works (AND). Other operators may exist.
