Re: [OT] Facebook advertising
A side note, or a snide note? The downside of not sharing is not being able to read books in a joint account. Well, you can, but you'll have to file the drm off first. I advocate doing that not cos I'm looking to rip off authors, but because I've got a huge library of .lit books I can no longer read. My total library of ebooks is well over 5000 now. Paid ebooks. But I never offered to buy the drm. On Mon, Dec 2, 2013 at 5:45 PM, Stephen Price step...@perthprojects.comwrote: A side note... Never sharebypur Amazon account with your wife. Presumably a more experienced/skilled developer is more productive, and will thus produce greater value per day, and hence can be paid more. Vice-versa if you’re less experienced, or don’t have the specific skillset mentioned. Seems pretty simple to me. Mike, I don't think anyone really knows how it really works, everything is dynamic, 2 people who have the same experience would be wanting more or less depending on how many kids they have, mortgage etc. Also 2xless experienced developers could be worst than 1xexperienced developer, but twice the developers for the same price looks better for the HR I guess. HR would come up with their magic numbers eventually, making less sense than before. WP8 - File manager/explorer?
Is there a file explorer / file manager available for WP8, Nokia Lumia flavour (820-920-925-etc)? I know that it's easy to connect via their USB cable to a Windows PC and do it, but I am looking for something that runs on the device itself. _ Ian Thomas Victoria Park, Western Australia

You are assuming of course that everyone are paid exactly what they are worth. This is part of it but there is also an element of market here. ie buyer negotiates with seller and if a price agreement is met then a sale (employment) takes place. Some people negotiate better (to their financial benefit) than others. If you are desperate for work then you are more likely to settle for a lower package than if you didn't need to work.
