C drive by default. In User settings.

You may be able to define a different drive for Profiles/Dcuments and Settings

You could in XP but I haven’t tried in Windows 7.

I’ve spoken to the IT guys, and PST creation isn’t disabled – however, the ‘C’
drives are locked down, so if it tries to create them there, then it would
fail. Do you happen to know what location it would try to create the PST files,
and is it possible to change the location?

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the tip – I wouldn’t have thought to check on that. I think
‘general’ staff do, in fact, have PST’s disabled. I’ll check up on that and see
if enabling it resolves the issue.

Can you try closing outlook (make sure it closed in the process list) and then
start it by "start-run" and typing "outlook /safe". try to view the calendar
now - does that work?
