I’ve spoken to the IT guys, and PST creation isn’t disabled – however, the ‘C’ drives are locked down, so if it tries to create them there, then it would fail. Can you try closing outlook (make sure it closed in the process list) and then start it by "start-run" and typing "outlook /safe". try to view the calendar now - does that work?
