Hello Brent and list, The Ipod Touch has the standard 1/8 inch headphone jack and will work fine with most speakers. If your speaker works with the stream it should work fine with the Ipod. I've successfully used the Ipod Touch to listen to streaming audio ever since the first day I got it. I'm very satisfied with the Ipod and use it every day to listen to streaming audio. HTH. This is a little off this subject. I read an e-mail about another sight where there were a large selection of audio books which you could download them and they worked on the nls player. If someone could tell me anything about this I would appreciate it. Re: Putting books on cartrage.
Hello Howard, I have an MP3 player. I plugged in to my NLS player and hit the power button, it started playing music for me the moment after I powered it up. But it is a really cheap MP3 player that my wife picked up at a loco dollar store. So to be honest with you, I don't know what's going on there. My best regards. At least with a stand alone radio you aren't paying paying and paying. There's only 1 fixed price, assuming you pay for it yourself and it is not donated to you by a church or some company and it is much simpler to operate. Re: Enabling What you Hear on Windows 7
Hi Samuel, to enable "what u hear", "stereo mix" or whatever it's called on windows 7: 1. Go to the recording page of the sound dialog, which you can open from start menu, or the the context menu of the volume icon in the notification area. 2. In the list of devices, by default disabled devices aren't shown, and stereo mix is disabled. To show disabled devices, open the context menu of any item in the list, and choose show disabled devices if it isn't checked. Stereo mix ( or whatever) should then appear in the list. To enable it, choose enable from its context menu (if it's already enabled, then disable rather than enable appears in the menu.) Note that if "what you hear" doesn't appear in the list after setting the option to show disabled devices, then this may be because your current sound driver doesn't support it. You could try and find a more recent one for your computer/laptop/motherboard. David. original message: Hello everyone, does anyone know how to enable what you hear on Windows 7?
