Hello there! well, I haven't taken a closer look at the editing features on Total recorder, but it would be great to learn them. Regards, Jörgen Hansson! Hi Dough, Well, one more thing since I forgot I had added the station into Kansas (USA) sometimes ago as it might have been suggested by someone so its already in there the metafile is http://www.oldies104.net/oldies56.pls I apologize for all useless confusing stuff around it:). I thought Oldies 104 was a regular US station having call letters while the opposite is true as it's just an Internet station only. For not knowing their location I'll add it into Tapin-radio station list to Worldwide category in next week's database update. Thanks got they don't stream through RTMP flash protocol so the stream URL is sniffable:). BTW if you or anybody else decide to use Tapin-radio you'll find over 750 clear channel stations tagged U.S. only from iheartradio.com server. Of course U.S. only stations from streamtheworld.com server cannot be bypassed unlike the first case I've now mentioned. Hi Chris Further to our discussions on the dbtechies mailing list - I am curious to know what the sound quality of that thing is like. Did you test the thing regarding the volume? Just curious. Re: Totle Recorder verses GoldWave?
The main difference between the two programs is that Total Recorder can capture what is being sent to the sound card without any digital to analogue to digital conversion. This is thanks to drivers that can be installed along with the program. GoldWave on the other hand has advanced audio editing capabilities, such as applying effects and supports more file formats than Total Recorder. I suggest you evaluate the two programs and see what you llike best. Good luck. Using Tagalicious to fix music tags
Hi all, I would like to use Tagalicious to check the metadata of the music in my music library. I have a few questions. If the music is stored on a network share and accessed from a few computers running ITunes will I have to add all of the music to each ITunes library and run Tagalicious on each machine or can I do it once and the music on the network share will be updated? Also is there a meand of doing the entire library at one time? In the list of songs can I do a command plus a to select all and have the entire library searched at once? There are over 1000 songs in total and would lkike to make it as much of a one step operation as possible.
