the issue is and why you can't be hurd is when you broadcast you need to have what you hear turned on on the card, and USB's since they are a separate sound divice don't usually have that functionality that is why people can not be hurd well. How not? I'm confused on that one. I was alwas under the impression that once you put something on a CD, and finalize it, or even if there's an error transferring the matterial, you can't reuse the CD again, no matter what software you're using, unless the CD you have is a rewritable disk. - Original Message - From: "doc" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list. I personally wouldn't go that route, especially if you had to pay for the thing first, not knowing if it's going to be accessible or not. Ok, so let me get this straight, with the demo versionn of this software, when you try to create an audio CD it basicly sounds more like a mix than a normal CD? I don't think it's necisarily that. Re: Radio Netscape
I have it, and eventually took it off my hard drive, because I could do nothing with it. You have to use the jaws curser to navigate through everything, and even then, you can't always garantee you'll have selected the channel you wanted. My best reccomendation to you, would be the spinamp plugin; it's easier to use, and accesses a lot of those same stations, as well as some of a couple from aol radio, and you have a pretty big selection. - Original Message - From: "Peter Scanlon" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list. You don't, it's an exicutable file that you have to open each time you want to use it. You have to extract the files the first time you open it. Just tell it what folder you want them extracted into, then open the program when you launch winmx. - Original Message - From: "Sunshine" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list. windows media player plugins.
I'm not sure how familiar you all are with this, but there's a slider in the latest version of media player that allows you to change the rate of a file without changing it's pitch, but unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to save the changes made to it. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone knew of a plugin you could download for media player that would allow you to do so. ___ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Re: WinMx questions
There's a program you can get called quickmx that's supposed to help with your last question. As for the file names, I'm not sure what to do to change that. If you want the program though, you could go to google.com, and type the word quickmx in the search field, and that should be the first thing you find. However, if you're using the latest version, there isn't a version available for that yet, so you'd need to temporarily downgrade to 3.31. - Original Message - From: "Andre van Deventer" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "'PC audio discussion list.
