Re: getting my i so file to burn to an audio cd

2009-01-13 Thread Mr. Bill

Hi perhaps it would be quite helpful if you call her?
Casey, bring up Nero Express by choosing it in the applications
list. you may have to go to where it says hide or show applications!
you have to mouse around and find where it says something like
create a CD from image. once you find this, press your left mouse
button. once you do this, your customary dialog should come up as if
you were making a standard cd. you will add the ISO file from where
you saved it. you will possibly have to brows for it. tab to the
next button then burn it like you normally would do a regular disc.

Hi okay I made the image file.
And I saved it as image.nrg
Now it is in my down loads folder and I open nero express like I
was told to do.
And go to my down loads folder and look for it I don/to see it
there is only for items there and the imate.nrg isn't one of them.
So now then what I am doing incorrectly and what do I have to do to
correct so I can turn the image.nrg in to an audio cd?

that won't play in CD players work in a PC.

Hope this works.

don't know where to find instructions, but maybe the following will help you:
First, you have to find a torrent file which contents you want to

open your explorer, press enter on the downloaded torrent file and TAB
through the dialog and change the positioon where the contents should
be downloaded, if you want.
that's all for start up.
I hope you have installed Utorrent, or something similar?

Re: Replacement for Ifbyphone needed

2008-10-17 Thread Mr. Bill
Hi hey try calling the hellen keller national center in sands poite,

Hi everyone. I realize this may be off topic, but I don't know where else
to go with this question, so please forgive me.

For a few years now, I have used Ifbyphone to read my E-mail and get wake-up
calls. Now, Ifbyphone is no longer supporting, and probably will soon be
phasing out, the personal accounts, so I need to find a new service for
wake-up calls. Yes, I know I could get an alarm clock, but I have a bad
habit of forgetting to set them at night, and plus, I have a crazy work
schedule where I have to wake up at different times on different days.
Basically, I need programmable wake-up calls, as I have found this the most
successful way for me to get up in the morning. Now that I have a smart
phone, I don't really have to worry about the E-mail part, but the
reminder/wake-up calls are very very important to me. I'd be willing to pay
if there is a monthly fee. I could probably use the alarm feature on my
cell phone, but I try to keep that on vibrate so that I don't have it
ringing out loud at work. Gosh I'm going to miss Ifbyphone!

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't responded sooner but have been out of contact over the last
day or so.

I am not aware of any audio streaming of this series.

ABC local radio has the radio but not streaming rights and is streaming
alternative programs while the cricket is on.

You might find video streaming with TV commentary from a search such as
Google, but be ware this can be misleading as it may merely only show up old
data.

It is a sorry state of affairs that business factors get in the way of what
technology can provide. Things should be better from Australia, New Zealand
and South Africa over the coming months.

In the case of Australian originated cricket, in recent years the ABC stream
has been restricted to within Australia but Cricket Australia has made the
feed available internationally. We'll see in November what the story is this
year.

Good luck to all,

Hi Stephen, I have not played with one so am going based on what I've
 read,
but it appears that what happens is that when your nano is connected to
 your
PC or Mac, a scan is made for all albums and songs on your nano. Using
 your
default system voice, say RealSpeak Daniel in SAPI 5 as an example,
 files
are generated for every artist, song and album. These are then copied to
your Nano so that as you move through the menus, albums and tracks, you
 can
hear what these tracks are. So this is quite different from having real
 text
to speech on the device itself, and emulates what the guys at Rockbox
 gave
us quite some time ago, but is still commendable nonetheless.

 Jonathan

Jonathan, so, when you have the new Nano hooked up to your pc, it feeds
 off
the TTS you are running and loads it on to the Nano, or am I way off.

Does the Nano require you to install software to have speech?

Alex and all, the new iPod Nanos are sort of accessible but do not use
 text
to speech. They use the technique Rockbox has used for around 5 years,
 where
they use your default system voice on your PC/Mac to create files that
 live
on the nano to announce menus, albums and songs.

In terms of iTunes in Windows, iTunes 8 has implemented extensive use of
Microsoft Active Accessibility (MSAA). Because of this, JAWS will be
 able
 to
work well out of the box with iTunes once we enable MSAA support for
 iTunes
in the next public beta of JAWS 10. I have just been testing this today
 and
am able to use the iTunes Music Store, the Radio feature and many
 others.
Apple have done a good job here.
