I posted this a short time ago to two lists but never saw it or a
reply on either one, so I'm thinking, somebody list manager software
didn't like that I was posting to two lists and rejected the message.
Here it is again, posted to just one list at a time.

This is largely an accessibility question to resolve a friend's
problem.

Unlike, say, my Mackie 1640I which shows thirty-two channels (one each
for left and right), and is accessible in the routing matrix at least
in the channels column, the Focusrite is not. The table shows Input 1
and Input 2 across the top, and the six channels down the side, but
they are only accessed with the JAWS (or mouse emulation) cursor. What
must be done (presumably by a sighted person via TeamViewer if not
directly at the computer) to enable recording from the microphone
channel which I think is channel 1?
