i Tunes problem.

2014-12-11 Thread Carliss
Listers,

I know that i tunes12 is out, but I only have i tunes 11, and all of a
sudden it seems like it doesn't want to work with i tunes12. I know that
jaws16 is out but at this time, after buying other things, I can't buy that
right now. So, do I really have to give up i tunes ?

The message that I'm getting is, I tunes has stop working.

Please help.

Thanks to all.

Carliss

I Tunes

2014-11-03 Thread Colin Phelan
Hi All, I think I am going backwards with I tunes, can some kind person
please save me from going around the twist.

Running I tunes 12.01

All I want to do is get to the screen which if I tab around lands me on a
very long list of my albums by artist.

I have got hear before many times but can't seem to get there now once on
the list I can navigate it using the arrows and it appears in a grid.

I can get the prompt telling me how many albums and how big my file is but
cannot navigate the library

Not sure if this is since an I tunes update

Many thanks

Colin

Re: I Tunes

2014-11-03 Thread Mary Otten
The solution to the iTunes problem for display of music, as explained
by somebody on another list is as follows.

If you vo space on the albums pop up which is just to the right of
the itunes store radio button, you will then get access to some
controls, including a table. Interact with that, and you will see
different choices like songs artist etc. Vo space on artist, and that
album grid will be replaced by a artists table, which you can navigate
using first letter navigation. You can also select what columns you
want in that table and how they are to be ordered, I believe, but I
haven't tried all that yet.

I tunes problem

2014-11-03 Thread Robert Williams

I am having the same problems everyone else is having with I Tunes. In the
previous copy of I Tunes, once you hilighted artist, pressed the spacebar to
check or uncheck the selection, tab over to sync your music to your device, it
worked just fine. If anyone has a solution, let me know.Sent from my iPhone

Changing the order of songs in an i-tunes playlist

2012-06-16 Thread John Riehl
It's easy.
You have to do it on your computer. Get into I-tunes and into your playlist.
To change the order, move the cursor to the song you want to move. Cut it to
the clipboard with control-X. Then move it to where you want it to be in the
playlist and hit control-C. It will now be in the same position as the song
your cursor was on when you copied the song you cut to your clipboard.

I don't know how to do that with Roadshow.

Hi.
What version of Window-Eyes are you using? 7.5 comes with an app for

Re: finding i-tunes, and using that along with other recording programs.

2011-04-10 Thread Brett Boyer

Hi. Itunes works fine with window-eyes. You can get it from apple.com.
To answer your other question... You cannot burn wave files to a cd and
expect it to play in a standard cd player. You need to make an audio cd so
whatever program you are using you must select audio cd. Audio cd's are
played using a file that ends with . CDA
Most programs that make audio cd's first have to convert your mp3's or wave
files to this format then burn the cd. For example windows media player.

I used it until something happened when I installed JAWS 12. I doubt
installing JAWS 12 had anything to do with the change but it happened around
the same time. I uninstalled Itunes but plan on installing it so I can
download podcasts again.

some web sites give you a link that wil subscribe you to the podcasts using
ITunes and some take you to another page where you can get ITunes to
download them. I have not tried searching for podcasts using ITunes.

iTunes supports MP3 directly so no conversion is necessary.

I-pods and I-tunes

2005-08-06 Thread G. McFarlane

Hi
Sorry to ask but I was away when much of this topic was covered.

Could someone please outline the current possibilities of getting Audible
files and music mp3s onto an I-pod shuffle 512mb? Do I need to use I-Tunes,
if so which version is best for the visually impaired and where can I get
it? Will any other programs do the same?
I did hear that scripts are being developed - are they available, where and
at what cost?

Thanks. Any other useful information would be gratefully received.
