That's what's happening with me. I could set the screen reader to play through my second sound card, but I would have to turn Window-Eyes up because my speakers are connected to both sound cards. I tried muting Line IN in playback controls but it ended up not playing the sound through the recording. I can't find line-in in my recording controls in Goldwave.
