I'd go download a program called mp3 gain. I'd also convert your wave files to mp3 which will save you space. mp3 gain does an excellent job at normalizing volumes so they are all the same. *** REPLY SEPARATOR *** On 5/19/2008 at 3:12 PM Morey Worthington wrote: Hi all, I have a folder of mixed music songs. The advantage of using MP3GAIN over programs such as Sound Forge and Goldwave is that the changes MP3Gain makes are completely lossless. There is no quality lost in the change because the program adjusts the mp3 file directly, without decoding and re-encoding. I am trying to get each of my MP3's to be the same volume. I want to be able to get it done using a batch process in stead of one at a time. Any help is greatly appreciated.
