HellO! Hmm, wasnt there soemthing called ps weasel or something like that a while back ago. Freedom scienceficiton cant even translate ther products into minor languages such as finnish and swedish. When you have version 8 released we here have version 6.20 swedesh. Along with Freedom box there is another program called system access that is suppose to be a different type of screen reader. Since screen reading programs use audio features it would seem approapriate. Yes, physically u3 Smart Drives look exactly like a thumb drive and is inserted into a USB port. I will mention that I use Freedom box and System Access regularly on a U3 smart drive, and the combination is fabulous.
