Hey Rishi!
 Never mind.
I do not always check my mail in the summer hller has lived in the camp
itself with and where in the summer house to the present.
Now I will answer you questions about the sonar.
It is so that I have reinstalled my computer a few weeks ago.
And then lost my sonar and JAWS.
But the backup of my stuff.
 Does the sonar records, etc.
But the low vision centers have not I received my 20-digit authorization
code for JAWS yet.
So, currently has a 40-minute demo of JAWS.
If Mackie Onyx 820i such a ochyettimicken do I get when I have had the
opportunity to learn good sonar.
 Take care!
 -Bardia

 Hej Rishi!

there advantages and disadvantages. Window-Eyes will not work well with the

Hello Martin, Window-Eyes will work OK with Sonar, however there are some
parts where it won't speak, such as in the track inspector pain and the
event viewer. At the moment, the best thing would probably be to use the 40
minute demo of Jaws with the J Sonar scripts. At the moment, there haven't
been any scripts developed for Window-Eyes for Sonar, however I hope there
will be in the not too distant future.

Hi listers,

I just downloaded a couple of audio books, and unfortunately, the person
who converted these books didn't convert the files into a single file
for each cd, but left all the tracks converted as individual tracks. All
I want to do is to take these files, and place them in their proper
order, and making one mp3 file for each cd.

As of a few minutes ago, I took a look at the batch processing options
in Goldwave, but can find no one step way to select all these files, and
consolidate all these mp3 files into one file. Is there a way to do
this, or must I copy each file, one after the other, adding them to the
last mp3 file created in a manual fashion. Surely there has to be an
easier way to do this. If some one can instruct me in the best way to go
about what it is I am trying to do, I would really appreciate the help.

The reason I would like to accomplish this particular task, is to make
it easier to listen to these files on my Victor Stream, rather than the
Victor classic, because fast forwarding, and rewind are so much better
on the stream.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Larry

 6
Home Studio is with Window Eyes? Secondly, I believe that most modern
music synthesizers rely on a touch screen. Is this true? Thanks very

Yes, and not a lot of people know about the Midi Mag list, where you usually

Hi,
Oh my friend there actually exist a world outside the blind related
mailling list world. grin

If you really are interested in music at that level you might consult a
music store or a music teacher forvarious good reasons.

The only reason why I made some fun out of this is that the common name for
Sonar in the conciesness of the public still is CakeWalk.
It was absolutely not to make fun of Harry at all.

Re: Sonar 4 hardware requirements

2005-11-19 Thread Jerry Richer
Juan! Your hardware setup sounds way more than fine except that you
may want to replace the Realtec if you ever get into using Software Music
Synths.
Can you set the Realtec as your default MIDI output device under
Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices, Audio?
If you really want to get into Sonar you should subscribe to the
MIDI-MAG list where screen reader users discuss Sonar regularly. Subscribe
by sending an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and in the body of the
email put the line subscribe midi-mag Juan Hernandez.

Hi,

I have sonar 4 producer. I will tell you how it works in that version. Go
to options, project, go to the metronome tab and un check metronome on
record and or on playback.

Hope this helps.

Hi. Go to options by doing an alt+o key press, followed by p for projects.
Once there, go to the control tab and arrow right once to metrenome. Tab to
the box that says use midi note and uncheck it. then just press enter.
You'll have to do the same for all subsequent projects. Cheers!

Re: sonar?

2005-05-04 Thread Jerry Richer
Roger! Technically there are two versions of Sonar. Legally there are
four. There are Sonar Studio and Sonar Producer. Each of those versions
has two versions which are the regular and the academic. The only
differences between the Regular and the Academic versions are the price and
how it can be used legally. The Academic versions are less expensive but
legally they can't be used professionally. In order to qualify for the
Academic versions you must be a post secondary student, a teacher, a
non-profit agency, a church etc. Weather one is eligible for Academic
pricing is initially determined by me the dealer and finalized by Cakewalk.
This Academic pricing is common with software. There are Academic
versions of many if not most software.
