Like I said, I already *have* the tool of choice, and want for no other. I've said this a thousand times on a thousand lists: If you can't answer the question put to you, save us all a lot of trouble and skip to the next message. I know all about Clownfish and Skype Recorder and this and that, and if I wanted to use those, I'd be asking about them. But my client wants to do it with Total Recorder and, frankly, so do I, and I know it can be done because I know folks who are doing it quite successfully. And to prove I give as good as I get, when I get the solution, I'll post it here in egregious detail so we'll all know how and can pass it on to the next slug who comes through needing that info. I haven't been following this thread, but it seems to me like people are just trying to help. Did you explain in your original question that you tried all of these different options? I can't tell since you didn't include the whole thread below. Seems to me like it would be more effective if you just politely mentioned that you tried these options and you really are just looking to do this with TR. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not sure I'd be too interested in providing the answer after a message like this. After all, I'm not paid to provide customer support on this list. I'm guessing I'll get flamed for this, but I'm just making some suggestions on how best to get your question answered. I think it's perfectly OK for someone to provide an answer without necessarily providing the link. Not every utility I have on my system has an easy way to grab the link from where I found that utility. I assume the person asking the question can use Google just as much as I can. If after looking for it, they're having some trouble finding it, then I may be able to help out. Of course, if I have the link handy, I'll also send it along, but I don't see anything wrong with this answer. None of us are paid to provide customer support on these lists.
