High Sharon, Maybe those files could be corrupted. If that is the case, you will get those error messages with any audio file converter. I figured it out. High once again Sharon, Be careful that you don't set the bit rate to low. If the bit rate is to low, the quality of the file will sound watered down. My best regards!
