Is your wife (or someone else available) sighted that could look at the
screen to determine what exactly is going on.
Perhaps Silverlight isn't actually installed (even though you believe it
is) or there may be some other msg popping up somewhere that may serve as
a clue as to why nothing is happening.
For starters, what I would do is manually reinstall silverlight (rather
than the automated install) just to be certain the thing is properly
installed.

can't get games on game day audio

2008-04-02 Thread John Schwery
I can no longer listen to games on the MLB, Game Day Audio. This
problem started last Saturday. I installed Silver Light, hoping that
would solve the problem. I did a Windows repair, but didn't
help. After clicking on a radio station, the game will not
load. Sometimes, I get the log on screen and sometimes not. I
usually get lines like, waiting on mlb.mlb.com, read gdx.mlb.com and
some others. Refreshing the page doesn't help. I have tried closing
the player window and clicking the station again. I called MLB
support and they don't know the answer. The games come in on my
wife's pc but not mine. I have tried both Fire Fox and Explorer. WE
have a dsl connection and Belkin router. My connection is wired and
my wife's, wireless. I'm running XP home and my wife, XP Pro. Any
ideas for help?

John
