Feedback On JLC Internet TV Tuner
Hi, folks. Having just reconnected to this list, someone might have covered this in the past. A friend recently sent me a blurb about a supposedly 100% accessible TV tuner software program known as JLC Internet TV Tuner. This is said to be completely free, unlike many other programs of its kind advertised around the Net for at least $70. Has anyone used this? If so, does it work as advertised? What are the drawbacks? This program is very accessible and it does work as advertised. I'm using version 1.1 beta 6 and currently you can watch 2656 channels. The only slight disadvantage is that you have to use your screen readers mouse emulation keys to navigate some parts of the program. Also you should be careful of how much bandwith you use because video content can use a lot of bandwith in a relatively short amount of time. Have any of you contacted the JLC company to explain some of the access issues that you are having with the software? Did you get a reply from them? What are the access issues you are having with JLC Internet TV software? I emailed the company to see if they will respond tom my messsage. I told them I will make a donation if all is made better with the software. I have written to them suggesting a hot key to start a stream and a hotkey to stop a stream.
