It does seem as if UK users are having the greatest number of difficulties. You may have better results using the access page link given at the top of the audible screen. Also, tr skipping past the Amazon login if you have been a member for several years and use the link where it says to sign in using your old Audible username and password. Please let me know if that works better for you. I too am an audible subscriber and have been struggling with the site for months. Let's keep in touch and perhaps together we can progress further. Hi, it doesn't help, because the word library is not on the opening page i go to. it is the same url i have been using for two months. i haven't changed, but audible has. what url are you using that gibes you the word library. brian. www.audible.com is the URL and it says library press pass key and space but I just hit enter on the link and it takes me there. I' am beginning to believe that there is a problem with access in the UK. Hi all, Not sure if this will help, but I was asked on audible a month or so ago, to setup an amazon account to use for the login on audible. This was at the same time I was changing my email used with audible.
