Re: Double PESO: What? and Why?
You are of course correct on the first. I love the patterns in the shell. As to the second, I was at our pool when some interesting butterflies visited one of our butterfly bushes. I ran into the house to get the camera a a macro lens, but when I returned, the butterflies were gone. I sat there for another couple of hours, waiting for their return, but they did not. I took Pattern 2 out of frustration, as I was sitting there with the camera and the macro and nothing worthwhile to shoot. Sasha, I really like the second one--nice exposure and composition, very moody with the rain-spattered window and soft light. The first seems good for what it is, but I don't care for the genre of scrawny posed models. At least yours isn't pouting. I like the composition of both though I prefer the simplicity of the first. Interesting scenes. The first is a nice composition, and I like the rich textures and blue mood of the second. Hi Sasha: Those are nice. That rainbow is very intriguing. Like it very much. Unique, I'd say. It was mid day and the only shadow I found was in the crack in the earth. After I had a rest there for few minutes and got out I saw a marmot. He was moving around in circles, worries by something. David, thanks! In fact the rainbow is not very low: it sits above the river (right after the waterfall). The bank I was standing at was quite high. --Sasha On Mon, Jul 6, 2009 at 1:55 PM, David J Brooks wrote: > Both are great shots.
