Winston Wolf: What I need you fellas to do is to take those cleaning
products and clean the inside of the car. I'm talking fast, fast, fast. You
need to go in the back seat, scoop up all those little pieces of brain and
skull. Get it out of there. Wipe down the upholstery. Now, when it comes to
upholstery, it don't gotta be spic and span. You don't need to eat off it.
Just give it a good once-over. What you gotta focus on are the really messy
parts. The pools of blood that have collected, you gotta soak that shit up!
Now, Jimmie. We gotta raid your linen closet. I need blankets, I need
comforters, I need quilts, I need bedspreads. Thicker the better, darker the
better. No whites. Can't use em. We need to camouflage the interior of the
car. We need to line the front seat, the backseat and the floorboards with
quilts and blankets. So if a cop stops us and starts sticking his big snout
in the car, the subterfuge won't last. At a glance, the car will appear to
be normal. Jimmie, lead the way. Boys, get to work.

That's a great story, Paul.

In case it wasn't a story, tho', and speaking purely from logic (not
experience) get a roll of paper towels, a set of gloves and a bottle
of Windex. While the cab is still in the garage, wipe down all
possible places you might have touched the car.
Put on the gloves to open the door and leave the car.
Then at dusk, put on the gloves again and drive the cab two blocks
away, turn the corner, park it legally and walk home around the block.

That's purely just a guess and a made-up story too. I have no advise
as to what to do... Might even decide to visit my senile Auntie
the next day... if I had one...

With the Holidays upon us I would like to share a personal experience with my
friends on the list about drinking and driving.
As you may know some of us have been known to have brushes with the authorities
from time to time on the way home after a night out with friends.
Well, two days ago I was at a car company Christmas party and had several
cocktails followed by some rather nice red wine. Most of the bottle, I believe.
Feeling jolly, I still had the sense to know that I may be slightly over the
limit.  That's when I did something that I've never done before - I took a cab
home.

Sure enough on the way home there was a police road block, but since it was a
cab they waved it past. I arrived home safely without incident.

This was a real surprise as I had never driven a cab before, I don't know where
I got it and now that it's in my garage I don't know what to do with it.

It's good though you don't live near an airport...

Heck Paul, I took a bus home last Christmas.
Still hiding the damned thing in the back yard too.

I wish it were mine, Anthony. I received it from my sister, and it appears to
have been passed through many hands. It's making the rounds on the web. But it
had me laughing out loud, so I changed a few words to tailor the message and
posted it here.

You had me going until the very last line, Paul. That's a really good
story that I intend to steal from you and re-use as my own. The good
thing is that the humour doesn't blunt the message at all, IMO.
