don't see many diners like them around the country & believe me I've looked

You're never gonna have a 2nd career photographing properties for Real
Estate agents.
There's nothing wrong with that building that a little clean-up wouldn't help.
Get that sign off the roof, do some vegetation removal, and a little
painting and it will look as good as new.
