Same girl that was running in the the cemetary? ;-) I think this one would be stronger in BW..the color adds nothing and the BW would be more um melancholy. Thanks Bruce. I don't mind Tim's that much. It's on par with Country Style, Coffee Tine and the other chains. Not horrible, but mediocre. And sometimes when you need that caffeine jolt, mediocre more than works. At least they're consistent and they're everywhere; they should get points for that. I practically lived on their sour cream doughnuts and their "New!" dark roast coffee, which is pretty good compared to most of the other mega coffee shop chains. Unbeknownst to me at the time the sky behind me was quite dark. The winds were starting to whip up (see the ripples on the water) and a few very large drops were starting to fall. You can tell she can't wait to get moving, she's probably annoyed that she's waiting for a light when there's no traffic around. Deceptively simple photograph that is really much more than a "slice of life".
