and the San Antonio one. I have not heard from anyone from area.

I already had plans to get with Annsan. I am going to be getting together

I will be working in Baltimore from the 21st through the afternoon of the

That?s where I stand for now,

Me, too. I shot 8 rolls (that I've located, anyway) at my youngest

Unfortunately, I was in the ceremony (giver away of the bride) so I
didn't get any pics of the actual wedding. Equally unfortunate, the gear
I ordered specifically for the wedding didn't get dropped on my doorstep
until the day AFTER we'd left. Fortunately, the new monopod, A 2X-S
televerter, and 20 rolls of film were still sitting on the doorstep when
we got back home, 4 days later.

Er, rereading that, it looks as though I was unhappy to have the honor
of giving away the bride, far from it. I was proud, honored and blessed
to participate.

May Kris and Mike d'Arman have a long and prosperous union.

Any of our members in the good old US of A wish to co-ordinate

this occasion he has done enough for us to put our hands in our
pockets.

We could start a get Doug a Pentax DSLR fund. That should give us lots
of time to get the money in! g

 Gotta like it. :)

As an appreciation to Doug, I would be willing to do some coordination
on this. What did you have in mind.

Shucks, as you well know, I do the same for all PDML'ers :-)

BTW, we're closing on our 8.6 acres of woodland Friday afternoon. Hope to
clear enough brush and trees to get the camper in there by next spring.
Also, fall colors in VA should be about at their peak this weekend. If I
can put the shotgun and chainsaw down long enough, maybe I get some photos
with the 645 and Kiev 60.

wrong thing, which put everyone on the digest mode, and this gave birth to
a huge loop problem which then caused the whole thing to come tumbling down
 around me.

After attempting to fix it one piece at a time, which only served to turn
it into an enormous house of cards again, I did what any masochist would
do; I nuked it and started all over. Once I had it up and running, the
software was misinterpreting subscribe requests and subscribing itself
instead of the requested subscribe address, which took me a while to track
down.I'm pretty sure I have that corrected.

It is still a little wobbly, but over the last few days I've been getting
nearer to a stable set-up. I think now I have the reply-to setting under
control and have just added a couple of scripts to reject excessive
quoting, attachments, HTML/MIME and a couple other things.

Next up on the agenda is to address the digest format and again implement
the no-mail option, for those of you concerned about those.

I apologize for the inconvenience of all this, and hope the new set-up will
again act in the efficient and invisible manner for which it is designed.

 Thanks,

 Doug List Guy Brewer
