Hi Scott - I'm using IE7, version 7.30.5730.11, on XP SP3 and have had no
problems with the gallery.

Howdy.

Anyone having problems seeing the PUG? Or have you noticed any issues
with particular browsers?

I've tested the gallery a few times with Firefox 2 and 3, Opera
9.something and IE6 on a Windows box, and Firefox 3 and Opera 9.52 on my
Linux machine. Recent feedback indicates that the IE8 beta doesn't like
the PUG very much, but this could just be beta issues or Microsoft
shenanigans. I'd like to hear from folks running IE7 or IE8 on Windows
specifically and Mac users in general.

Thanks a bunch!

I've generally viewed the PUG via Firefox (various different versions)
on the Mac lately, and have never had any problems. I just tested with
Safari version 3.1.2, and didn't notice anything wrong there, either.

Thanks! And thanks to everyone else who replied. Much appreciated.
Looks to be an IE8(beta)-only issue.

Seriously though, I'd like for the site to work with PicLens, but that
 's about it.

Derby says it works with PicLens, though I haven't tried it myself.

You have to click on one of the images before PicLens will start to work.

Cheers,

I haven't used PicLens in a while, but didn't it use to put a little
icon in one corner of the photo? I seem to recall clicking that to get
PicLens started.

Regardless, it's very cool that it works with Jalbum.

all works well on Firefox 3 as well as Chrome on Vista 64. I only notice
that none of the September PUG pics show EXIF data. This is not a
browser issue, but would be nice to have (if not stripped off) on the
equinox pics. Thanks for all your work.

Works fine for me. My general browser is Firefox with scripting off and
everything seems to look and work well. I also tried it on the latest
versions of Opera and Safari with no difficulties. Internet Explorer 7,
6 and 5.5 also seem OK. (You can run multiple versions of IE on the same
computer with Multiple IE -- http://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE --
invaluable for web developers.)

Thanks, Henk. EXIF data is an option in gallery software. I can turn
it on for future galleries.

As best I can tell, Jalbum only uses Javascript for the slideshow
feature. Thanks for the Safari feedback. I'll check out Multiple IE.
Much appreciated.

BTW - I haven't forgot about your manuscript. Just haven't gotten to

I don't have any problem seeing it with Opera 9.51, Firefox 3.0.1, and
IE 6, all on Windows XP Pro SP2. I haven't let IE7 on my machine, yet,
much less IE8. Maybe once I get VMware working effectively.
