Great photo Jack! I agree with Ken as the light buildings on the dark rock are the best part for me. Love the flag and the trees as well. It's funny how so many of these lighthouse buildings are interchangable. The red roofs and white buildings could be Racine Wisconsin just as easily as coastal California. I think many were built within the same 25 year span with federal money. Regards, Bob S. On Tue, Nov 17, 2009 at 6:36 PM, Ken Waller kwal...@peoplepc.com wrote: Great light, nice subject. Thanks again, Bob. The Redwoods have been sort of a benign photo frustration for me. Have never gotten a shot even close to what I'd even consider OK. Poor light and close quarters have beaten me...so far. Thanks, Ken. I always carry a bean bag which is fairly weighty. It's made in such a way that it might have worked well if laid over the camera body and rested partially on the lens. I really can't imagine draping my arm over the lens without this lens picking up my heart beat, but I'll keep it in mind. :) Jack --- On Tue, 11/17/09, Ken Waller kwal...@peoplepc.com wrote: From: Ken Waller kwal...@peoplepc.com Subject: Re: Battery Point Light To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List pdml@pdml.net Date: Tuesday, November 17, 2009, 4:36 PM Great light, nice subject.
