After consulting with some of my infinitely more knowledgeable Facebook friends, one seems fairly confident that it might be a Pegaso one-off that someone had tried to customize (note the '59 Cadillac tail lights). Has a somewhat Italian line to it, but I have no clue. I do know that someone will pay big buck for it at Barett-Jackson sometime in the next 3 years once it's been restored. From a friend of a friend: It's a LaDawri kit car from LA in the early 1950s. For 100 WB chassis, mostly Henry J and Jeep.
