Am i basically F*ked here or do you think i have a chance to get my
missing piece. I even sent them pictures of the order that arrived
and
packaging, as they requested.
Should havebought from 2dreammaker in NYC in stead of China.
I'll have to check and see if they have a feed back page on the
web site

intentional. Sounds like they're just dumber than a box of rocks.
It could be a language problem, they might be more than smart enough in
Chinese.

I recieved the packages they sent, just one was short. Seems i might have convinced them now the order was short. A different person has emailed me today saying' warehouse made a may mistake and please wait solution on way. That sounds good to me. I did that once and got my money back from them; it took some time to come in because they had to wait for the seller's account to have a sufficient balance so as to take it from them but it worked in the end. PayPal service is a bit of a pain but you get there if you persist. But, then again, I'm not selling stuff where I don't understand my customers language.
